Key responsibilities To ensure at all times the safety and well being of each young person and that all precautions are maintained to safeguard the young people. To assist the registered manager to manage staff absences including sickness and annual leave in line with Warrington Borough Council’s policies and To assist the manager in leading the team in continual backssment, formulation, implementation, and evaluation and review of individual centred plans and backssments for young To support young people to make a complaint and to assist the manager in ensuring all complaints, are reported in accordance with agreed Policies and Procedures and that they are investigated appropriately and there is a conclusive outcome to each Essential criteria NVQ level 3 in care of children & young people or a diploma in social care The willingness to work on a rota basis with a flexible approach including unsociable hours, weekends, bank holidays and any extra hours to meet the needs of the service in line with working time directive.
