Depot & Recharge Administrator; Fleet Admin; Depot Admin Job Title - Depot & Recharge Administrator Salary £28,000 - £33,000Location - Uxbridge Hours Mon to Fri, Days, 45.Depot & Recharge Administrator; Fleet Admin; Depot Admin Job Title - Depot & Recharge Administrator Salary £28,000 - £33,000Location - Uxbridge Hours Mon to Fri, Days, 45 hours My client, a well-established fleet maintenance company with depots across the UK is actively seeing to employ an experienced Depot & Recharge Administrator based out of a depot in the Uxbridge area to work on a full time & permanent basis. Working as part of a small team, this post holder undertakes all administrative duties required to ensure the smooth running of the service vehicle workshop which maintains the vehicle fleets. Fleet Admin; Depot Admin Responsibilities of the Depot & Recharge Administrator: - To complete general administration tasks- e. g. updating customer insurances, vehicle mileages, tachograph analysis and various fleet reports - To be able to answer to customers queries regarding the recharges with the Depot Manager / recharge management person of each depot - To ensure the recharge is accurately charged with a P/O Number and an Invoice Number per line - To ensure the recharge is justified with all the paperwork required - To work in line with and respect the companies policies, rules and procedures - Liaise with Workshop Manager and customers to book compliance vehicle into workshop - Arrange and monitor vehicle compliance for the depot fleet and book with customers third party workshops Desirable Skills for the Depot & Recharge Administrator: - Possesses excellent telephone manner - Has the ability to remain calm under pressure - Has a methodical approach to work, and is able to prioritise their workload - Has a systematic approach to problem solving How to apply for this Depot & Recharge Administrator; Fleet Admin; Depot Admin role.
