PURPOSE: To assist Linden Hills Co-op in ensuring fiscal responsibility in co-op operations by providing timely, accurate financial information. REPORTS TO: Front End Manager ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: GENERAL BOOKKEEPING Prepare daily deposit. Prepare opening cash register bags for cashiers. Balance daily cash receipts information. Ensure adequate coin supply. Provide feedback to Front End Department regarding cashier reporting accuracy, as needed. Meet the acceptable level of department time goals. Occasional cashiering as needed. Entering invoices into Catapult as needed Perform other tasks as assigned. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS: Able to work seated most of the day. Fine fingering manipulation. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and crouch. Occasional lifting of 15 lbs. or less. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with customers and coworkers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Ability to work with TCCP to create an inclusive environment where all are welcomed.
