Blue Jay Dental has an awesome Associate dentist/ mentorship opportunity in Hawarden IA.CONTACT : Jeremy E: Jer@bluejaydental C: 218.461.XXXX DAYS OF THE WEEK - Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm with occasional Fridays as needed WHAT CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR: Prefer experienced dentist who wants to continue to grow the practice and get involved in the growing Hawarden community. They have placed new grads in this location before and would consider again. They have a mentorship program. Office purchase can be written into their contract for this location.OFFICE INFONumber of Operatories: 5 Computers in Ops? YesDIGITAL Equipment? Yes Charting software used: EaglesoftPaper / Paperless office: Office is PaperlessSTAFF INFO The office has 1 dentist 1 front desk rep, 2 dental assistants and 2 HygienistsPAY INFO Base salary to start- 150,000Dentist will be paid a guaranteed salary of $150,000 a year. This amount will be paid on the 1st and 15th of the month. The dentist shall be paid 30% of net patient revenue (collections actually received by Employer) generated by Employee during each month of the employment term. In the first year of the Initial Term, dentist shall be entitled to two weeks personal time plus the six holidays allowed.Why would a dentist want this job?1 - Established patient base in a proven community.2 - Joining a proven dental group that is a unique DSO owned by one dentist.
