In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing dental equipment at their clients offices and facilities. Interested Please read on.Responsibilities: Travel to dental offices and hospitals to service, repair, and install dental equipment including chairs, X-ray machines, compressors, suction units, autoclaves, etc. Maintain a stocked van with necessary parts and tools to perform repairs and maintenance in the field. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues. Perform preventative maintenance. Complete documentation on all installations, service calls, and repairs. Assist with new equipment testing, configuration, and integration. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Support other engineers and work cross-functionally with operations and sales teams. Requirements: Proven experience as a dental equipment technician or field service engineer. Knowledge of common dental equipment, technology, and systems. Proficiency with required tools and ability to follow technical manuals/diagrams. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
