A leading health and social care group is now looking for a Registered Nurse RN Adult or RMN with a specialism in dementia care to help maintain superb clinical standards for specialist dementia interventions across the South and South East. The group is highly praised for the quality of its care for people who require some extra support to live well, whether for age, mental health, or disability-related needs. Across a network of luxury care homes, specialist hospitals, and neurorehabilitation centres, the team endeavours to provide person-centred residential and clinical care across a broad spectrum within purposefully designed and contemporary settings. As a Dementia Clinical Nurse Specialist, your role will be hybrid-remote – involving both working from home and travelling to locations across the region to advise on, backss, and develop dementia care strategies. All travel expenses will be reimbursed / covered by the employer, including both accommodation and mileage. This is an opportunity to apply your experience as an Admiral Nurse or Specialist Dementia Nurse on a much wider scale, with a lasting and meaningful impact reaching people with dementia and their loved ones across the region and beyond. This is a permanent, full-time 40hrs per week role for a Dementia Clinical Nurse Specialist. Person specification: Essential NMC registration in general nursing RN Adult or mental health nursing RMN. Essential Evidence of CPD within the dementia care specialism Essential A high level of experience with dementia and related needs, such as from a previous Admiral Nurse or Specialist Dementia Nurse role.
