Job Description: ISA is seeking Data Visualization Associates to support our consulting and advisory services to Department of Defense customers. Our projects require dynamic individuals who possess skills in strategic thinking, solutions development, making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable through demonstrated business intelligence (BI) tools. The Data Analyst will provide data visualization support to ISA writ-large, and will be based at our Zelienople, PA location. Duties/Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and maintains Tableau dashboards and other analytical tools to help analysts better access, analyze and comprehend their data Knowledgeable in accessing and using data from databases, data lakes, data warehouses, operational data stores, and data marts Assessment of alternative data visualization solutions and approaches Support mission partners in building, improving, and using data visualization solutions Communicate and explain complex issues through visualizations and provide recommendations Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders in order to request data/ access to data Normalize/clean data via Tableau Prep or similar tool in preparation for data analysis Create and edit visual content including tables, charts, and graphs in both Excel, Power Point and other tools Develop visual tools to assist with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis Provide visual, technical and editorial guidance to clients Knowledgeable in Tableau best practices and industry standards to guide analytic development Work with ISA Quality Assurance to uphold company branding guidelines and have strong knowledge of design standards Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Clearance Required: Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Top Secret (TS) investigation with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility consistent with requirements set forth in U.S. law, federal regulation and executive order. All ISA employees are required to uphold and maintain trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government. Experience Required: Experience in ANY of the following: Data Science, Business Analysis, Intelligence Analysis, or Consulting Associate Level: 1-10 years experience Preferred 3+ years of experience of in ANY of the following: defense contracting, federal civilian employment, or military service (to include National Guard and Reserve) Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications with a required emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, etc.) and Tableau. Education: Requires Bachelor's Degree in ANY of the following: Data Analytics, Data Management, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Management, Business Information Systems, Finance/Economics, or Math/Statistics.
