About the Role: Join our clients dynamic Specialised Product Department as a Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in supporting the Leveraged Finance Origination team. This unique opportunity involves collaborating with the VP of Data and Analytics to capture, record, and maintain a master data set, ultimately improving data management practices and fueling business-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Craft and execute data queries, ensuring consistency across platforms like Deal Cloud and various databases. Resolve discrepancies and perform root cause analysis. Data Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create insightful reports and visualizations for standard and complex reporting based on defined metrics. CRM Optimization: Become an expert in our Deal Cloud CRM system, identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and user experience. Automation and Process Improvement: Leverage Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Share Point sites to automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve data accessibility. Data Cleansing and Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular audits and cleansing activities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and IT to capture data requirements, address issues, and collaborate on solutions. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data management practices. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, CRM Data Analyst, or similar role.
