Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to empathize and address their needs with patience and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work. Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus but not mandatory.
