EBus is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Kamloops. This position offers between 15 - 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for more hours for vacation/sick coverage. The shift for this position is Monday through Friday, from 5:30 am to 8:30 am. Reliable transportation is required as transit isn't available for early morning shifts. Primary Responsibilities: Quote fares and rates; make, confirm, change and cancel reservations Assist customers in planning travel times and routes Process payments; handle cash Assist passengers with our online booking process Greet passengers during check in process; assist with inquiries and luggage storage Safely embark and disembark coaches Provide information on company policies Perform a variety of office and coach cleaning duties including vacuuming, cleaning lavatory, sanitizing, cleaning windows, emptying garbage Desired Qualifications: Previous customer service experience Cleaning experience considered an asset Numeracy Oral communication skills Ability to work well with others Superior problem solving and decision making skills Ability to search for and retrieve information Ability to retain large amounts of changing information Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer Friendly, service-oriented personality Wage:.
