As part of an ongoing expansion, my client, a world-wide leader who manufacture, supply and maintain gym equipment have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in High Wycombe. They are a small family friendly team who like to retain their employees and give them a job for life With a great supportive manager and the strong care factor all training is provided. Your role would be to provide a high level of Customer Service Support by assisting both internal and external customers via the phone and in person. These would consist of questions and troubleshoot service-related activities on fitness equipment such as raising a request/query and dealing with it until the point of resolution. If you have a strong customer service focus, close attention to detail, and have a technical mindset then this role could most definitely be for you Responsibilities- Able to schedule engineers, using Sales Force to deal with client requests that come through via the company’s CRM system - these would consist of technical questions and troubleshoot service-related activities on fitness equipment- Handling customer requests and complaints in a calm manner with a sense of urgency- Working to deadlines to ensure parts and components are shipped in time and all warranty and service agreements are created- Following up with outstanding Customer existing requests in a timely manner- Demonstrating high level of organisation and time management- Ad-hoc Administration duties as and when required- Meeting daily expectations and KPIs set by management Qualifications/Requirements- High level of Customer Service skills- Excellent Communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills- Knowledge of MS Office, Oracle and Sales Force- Car owner Salary -Up To £26k per annum Hours of work - 9am - 5.30pm 100 office based This is an exciting and rewarding.
