Purpose: We are currently seeking a hard working, quick paced, positive and customer oriented individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative. The perfect candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, great communication and multi-tasking skills. This position establishes and implements the strategic direction of the company’s client interaction. The Customer Service Representative will assist in exceeding the customer’s expectations daily along with establishing a solid client – customer relationship. Core Competencies: • Exemplary communication abilities both written and verbal • Strong expertise to multi-task • Good work and attendance history • MS Outlook Workplace atmosphere: • Corporate office environment • Good work and attendance Job responsibilities: Education: - N.A Experience: - 3-five years of Customer Service requirements required Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: - Aptitude to establish strategic initiatives that align with corporate business strategies and goals. - Exemplary communication expertise both written and verbal - Strong expertise to multi-task - Good work and attendance history - MS Outlook and Microsoft excel - Typing min 40 wpm - Accurate date entry - Sign industry experience is beneficial but not required - Strong customer service experience - A mechanical aptitude is a plus
