18410 Customer Service Representative Location: Amherst, NY Length: 3 mnths If interested please send resumes to: XXXX@ccsiinc.com Description: Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are of basic and routine nature. Answers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and plan sponsors. Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff. Documents and tracks contacts with members, providers and plan sponsors. Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract. Educates providers on our self-service options. Applicant is able to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently, has strong analytical abilities and is able to maintain accuracy and production standards. Applicant must enjoy working in a fast pace environment and easily adapt to change. Required Education Level: High-school
