State Farm agents are entrepreneurs that market only State Farm Insurance and Financial Service products. Desired Skills/Abilities: Bi-lingual - English/Spanish Previous Success in Sales, Customer Service, Banking or Marketing Both 2-20 or 4-40 Property/Casualty and 2-15 or 2-14 Life/Accident/Health Insurance Licensed or expertise to obtain license quickly High integrity, strong work ethic, loves to learn, passionate about achieving great results, as well as doing what is right for clients, intelligent, energetic, and gets along well with others Must have a positive attitude! Effective communication and customer service skills Good written, verbal and listening skills Duties May Include: Selling new business and reaching mutually agreed upon sales goals Quoting insurance plans and preparing proposals Building relationships with clients, prospecting for new clients, probing to discover needs (asking questions and listening), closing sales for all lines (auto, fire, life, bank, health) Calling prospects/clients to offer products or schedule appointments Warm Calling prospects/clients to offer products or schedule appointments Scheduling appointments with prospects/clients Developing marketing opportunities to increase sales on specific products, and probe to uncover needs and determine ways to fill them Conducting insurance and financial service reviews for clients Making outgoing calls to clients to set appointments for reviews Creating and implementing a referral generating program Networking to build relationships with new clients Apply on-line: http://www.simplyhired.com/myresume/simply_apply? job_post_id=802693
