This production position earns a competitive salary depending on experience and responsibility level. You start at $60,000/year with the ability to earn up to $120,000/year by taking on higher-level managerial duties. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR CUSTOM FABRICATION SHOP MANAGER As our Custom Fabrication Shop Manager, you take the reins of our shop and make sure our day-to-day operations go smoothly. You help manage our small crew and lead them in producing high-quality work, through template, fabrication, and installation. When appropriate, you offer feedback and advice to help your team improve. Highly organized, you keep track of our work materials and proactively order more before we run out. This isn't an entirely hands-off role; you also get to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your team. You template with our digital templator, program, and operate our CNC saw and router as well as fabricate when necessary to help fulfill project orders. You take great pride in your craftsmanship and feel great about ensuring our products meet quality standards and client expectations on time! QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOM FABRICATION SHOP MANAGER Integrity Stone Counter installation experience - experience with shower install a plus. Experience in digital stone fabrication - templating and fabrication Some management experience OR experience owning your own business Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We are willing to train the right candidate to be successful in this position!
