CRNAs – VA in Lebanon, PA WHAT : The Veterans Affairs needs 4 full-time CRNAs in Lebanon, PA. WHERE : Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042. WHEN : ASAP after credentialing/security, with an allowance for a notification period for your current employer. HOW LONG: 2.5 years initially, with the option to extend SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM On-call requirements (from home with 60-min call-back) COMPENSATION: 1099, all-inclusive Regular hours: $220 / hour On-call weekday: $35 / hour On-call weekend: $45 / hour Call-back (rare – approximately 4hrs per month total on average): $300 / hour We cover Med Mal (claims made + 3yr tail) QUALIFICATIONS: License in any state, full and unrestricted. BLS, ACLS DEA Speak, understand, read, and write English fluently Pass VA’s standard background security process DEPARTMENT: Types of cases: General surgery, ortho, plastics, ENT, urologic, podiatric, minor vascular, Gynecology, Endoscopy, Dental/oral, and ophthalmology. Average of 10 OR cases daily MISC: The government has set a maximum bill rate for this. We are an agile company with low overhead (3%); thus, we can offer this rate. Other companies/recruiters are vying for this award, so you may see similar postings from run-of-the-mill recruiters.
