Job Responsibilities/Requirements This position will work closely with our customers, sales representatives, and management. The successful applicant will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast:paced environment. Responsibilities/Requirements: : Perform data updates to critical systems ensuring data accuracy and completeness.: Learn, understand, and administer credit policies.: Respond to requests for credit information on existing or past accounts in a timely manner.: Process credit cards for orders.: Must have outstanding business communication and customer service skills.: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Word, Excel, Outlook. : Requires some collections experience.: Accounting background preferred.: Bilingual Spanish preferred.: Other duties as assigned.
