Key Information: Must have a Diploma and/or Post-Secondary education in Administration, Accounting, and/or Project Management or equivalent. Must be able to prepare cost reports and track daily progress. Support the project team and perform other administrative duties as needed. Hours: Based on a 40 hour week. (Monday-Friday) Overtime when required. Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Health benefits and vacation pay. Job Description: Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly cost reports. Reviewing timesheets and tracking daily progress. Investigating potential out of scope work, managing ongoing and potential change orders. Support the project team when needed (procurement support, material receiving, invoicing, progress and quantity tracking). Processing LEM's. Reviewing data from software utilized by the project and operations team. Data entry/collection as required. Other administrative duties such as filing, correspondence preparation and updating multiple logs/tracking sheets. Assist in estimating. Research historical data (purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. ) and compile summary reports. Experience and Certification Requirements:.
