Job Purpose Under the authority of the Operations Manager and in close collaboration with the health and safety manager, the quality manager, the purchasing and production departments, the holder of this position acts as a support for the various stakeholders in charge of continuous improvement projects and certifications from the Dana Laval Technological Center, in addition to coordinating several activities related to production, inventory management, and purchasing. Job Duties and Responsibilities PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for coordinating the annual and monthly maintenance activities of the site and site equipment (inspection, maintenance and improvement) Coordinating with the purchasing and EHS department, the installation of new equipment on the site and the validation of EHS requirements and trainings. Coordinating with the Landlord for any building related issues. Main point of contact for Alarm and Security systems as the administrator. Overseeing daily operations at the facility, including maintenance & security Developing and implementing facility management practices and procedures, inline with Dana Standards. Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for facility-related services Liaison between various departments and stakeholders within the organization regarding facility-related matters.
