The controller will be responsible for the oversight of all accounting-related activities, including high-level accounting, managerial accounting and finance activities. Must meet and exceed Reedy & Company CORE Values Must manage the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and collection departments efficiently Must oversee the financial operations Monitor cash position daily and prepare weekly cash forecasts Bank Reconciliations Prepare capital calls and construction draw request to investment bankers and partners as needed Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, rent rolls, etc. Prepare net-profit reporting, construction overruns and company expenses on inventory sales to CFO/Partners Monthly Record inter-company related journal entries Must be proficient in excel and QuickBooks; experience in property management software a plus Must be an effective communicator Must be organized and have great time management skills Powered by JazzHR
