Key Responsibilities - Execute required Procurement steps within the Source to Pay process, i. e. conduct RFQs, ne: gotiate and implement contracts, support stand: ardization of materials, after PO follow up (e. g. claims). - Build and maintain relationships with most im: portant stakeholders in the UK and EU AMP: E business - Support internal stakeholders on any related sup: plier or supply question - Identify alternatives for materials and/or suppliers to achieve value creation while maintaining excel: lent quality standards within the supply chain - Represent the company and support the plants in meetings with key suppliers and their management to create relationships - Maintain contract database related to UK con: tracts - Manage related SAP work and documentation related to master data maintenance andmanagement of Purchase Orders - Support standardization and harmonization of the existing P2P processes - Monitor contract compliance in relation to OTIF and commercials. - Data analysis, reporting, benchmarking between the UK plants or external suppliers Knowledge and Skills - Knowledge of the market for typical plant supplies- Understanding in related Storeroom, Finance and Accounting processes- Knowledge of SAP MM- Deep understanding of the P2P process- Administration knowledge- Excellent negotiation skills- Willingness to travel- Communication skills Competencies - Team Working- Commercial Focus- Customer Focus- Personal Drive- Relationship Building- Influencing- Self Confidence- Organised- Proactive- Initiative Languages- English, written and verbal Computer Skills/literacy- Microsoft Office- Excel- Word- SAP Why work for us? : Benefits: Private healthcare: Enhanced pension (depending on your contribution): Subsidised canteen: Length of service awards: Onsite parking: Employee Assistance Programme.
