I am working with a great beverage brand based in London who are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join their dynamic marketing team as a Social and Content Manager. You will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging multi: channel copy and content and managing and growing our social media communities. This exciting role requires initiative, creative thinking, and the ability to multi: task, offering you plenty of opportunity for growth and development in return. Key responsibilities: Social Media: A thinker and a doer, across all leading social channels : Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Linked In, Tik Tok: Create and develop strategy. Run the day: to: day implementation of the strategy and campaign management Ensure social content strategy is aligned to the overall Marketing strategy in: terms of campaigns, timing, messaging, seasonality, and product. Develop brand awareness and generate inbound traffic across all social channels Commercially aware of social media opportunities : ability to negotiate collaborations paid for content Write and proofread copy. Implement social media campaigns (organic and paid); analyse and report on campaign outcomes, adjusting strategy accordingly. Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software and backss the results : Google Analytics, Instagram, Facebook ads, and Sprout Social. Adapt scheduling and activity in light of changing market conditions, which you will likely identify first. Implement and lead best practice creation of required assets with the Brand Manager and in: house Designer. Keep up to date with the ever: changing social landscape and abreast of what our competitors are doing by monitoring trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Copywriting : Responsible for maintaining consistent tone of voice within copy across all channels: website, email, showroom collateral, social, catalogue, editorials.
