George T. Weldon Construction LLC is currently hiring for a full-time Construction Supervisor / Carpentry Foreman to manage the crew on various carpentry projects in the Vernal, UT area. This carpenter position earns a competitive wage of $28 - $32 per hour , depending on experience. As a Construction Supervisor / Carpentry Foreman, you make sure that each of our projects run smoothly as you manage a crew of carpenters. Before each job, you assess the tasks and process to determine the necessary time, manpower, and materials needed to successfully complete the project. You create a tentative schedule for each job. Onsite, you manage the crew as they complete each task. You make sure that work is completed on schedule and you manage any conflict between employees. Additionally, you keep an inventory of materials to ensure we are always well stocked. You love doing your part to help our team succeed! ABOUT GEORGE T.
