Their approach combines structural precast concrete, institute concrete and steelwork to deliver modern structures, including the buildings external facades as required. They operate within many construction sectors including, commercial, residential, industrial, custodial, healthcare, schools and infrastructure. They operate within many construction sectors including, commercial, residential, industrial, custodial, healthcare, schools and infrastructure. They have a new project due to start in Jan 2024 in East London. They have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Site Administrator to join the team. Some of the duties include: Assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the site to ensure that documentation is current and up to date and compliant with the contractors expectations. Supporting the construction manager with administrative tasks which will allow them to focus and spend time out on site. Site Hours: Monday – Friday, 0730 – 1730. Criteria: Previous experience as a Construction Site Administrator Strong communication, listening and IT skills Close attention to detail Self-motivated individual Ability to work closely with the Senior Management team Formal qualifications – desirable Flexible and adaptable to working with different types of people Exceptional organisation skills Working references – essential Availability to attend an interview If interested please click “Apply” to forward an up to date copy of your CV.
