Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from conception to completion in Central London. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-end interior fit-out projects in Central London. Our client is a prominent player in the construction industry, specialising in delivering exceptional interior fit-out solutions of the highest quality for prestigious projects. Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from conception to completion in Central London. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a focus on high-end interior fit-out projects. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Strong background in Carpentry/Joinery is advantageous. Leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the construction industry. Qualifications: SMSTSFirst Aid Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
