Work Location: Various Locations in Lower Mainland, BC. Salary and Benefits Salary: $27.50 per hour Overtime and Vacation Pay Stable & full-time employment Work-life balance through flexible and accommodating work environment Job Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespersons at the work site by providing them tools, equipment, and other materials as required and assist in other activities. Load, unload and move construction materials to and from the work site. Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction. Install and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolds, barricades, and signage. Remove rubble and debris from the work site. Measure, cut, and assemble construction materials under the guidance of skilled tradespersons. Clean and prepare surface. Maintain open communication with team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Mix, pour and spread materials as per tradesman's instructions. Make sure that all safety regulations and procedures are always observed. Take care of construction equipment, clean it, and store it at safe place after work shift. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and plan for upcoming tasks. Job Requirements No experience needed comprehensive training provided. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects. Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn. Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset. Adaptability to dynamic construction environments. Punctual and committed to meeting project deadlines. Attention to detail for quality and safety. How to apply?
