Permanent, Part Time (18.75 hours per week, across 5 days)Here at Stonewater, exciting things are happening. In 2022, we created a brand-new Construction & Delivery Compliance team which sits within our Development directorate and contributes to our ambition to build more homes for people in need. We’re now looking for a Construction & Delivery Compliance Administrator to support our Construction & Delivery Compliance Manager with central and compliance related processes. You’ll do this by monitoring and updating Value for Money and Health & Safety reports/spreadsheets and the departmental Business Continuity Plan. You’ll ensure that changes/updates to policies, procedures and templates are captured and cascaded to the department, and process data and documentation received for Development schemes, to ensure it is input/stored correctly, available to other stakeholders and for audit and charging purposes. You’ll also update systems such as Active H, CRM, Dynamics/Digi Pay and Share Point, preparing and issuing letters of appointment, ad-hoc letters, mail merges, reports and spreadsheets and documents.
