You will be a critical member of the team, working to deliver component design engineering capability into the Dreadnought Programme. The secondary propulsion business units has its manufacturing foot print in the supply chain and as thus will require dynamic experienced engineer who is capable of working with supply chains and manufacturing engineering. You will be responsible for the on-time delivery and quality of component design definition artefacts against programme milestones i. e. documents, models, definitions that meet sub-system / part level requirements. You will participate within an IPT described and operate in accordance with applicable Rolls-Royce Management System (RRMS) policies and processes. You will be responsible for sub-system integration of the technical activities for their design solution. In this role you will involve driving NPI projects through the supply chain with a clear link to our customers’ needs which will be monitored by BAE and Mo D.
