Paradigms compliance team is an integral service required to ensure 100 mechanical and electrical compliance on all our properties. You will be responsible for overseeing the servicing and maintenance of various assets and equipment to meet legal requirements. You will also be expected to support the Asbestos workstream by reviewing surveys and Removal documentation before updating Paradigm Housings Digital register. This entails extracting data from various portals and working on CSV files. About you: We are looking for someone with great Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service. Someone who has a good understanding of compliance and the big 6 Gas, Fire, Water, Lifts, Electrical, Asbestos to join the team. Working via a mixture of office, remote and homeworking, you will be Providing support to the M&E Manager as required on contract related work and allocated day to day tasks. Experience of providing effective administration for M&E, Asbestos, Water Hygiene, and Lifts, ensuring all regulatory and legislative responsibilities for Compliance are met by liaising with customer services, field operatives and contractors is essential. Our ideal candidate can liaise with contractors, customers, and colleagues at all levels with experience in contract management, Computerised Maintenance Management systems CMMS and is proficient with Outlook, Excel, Share Point, and Teams.
