Up to £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits A talented, enthusiastic individual with a good head for numbers and a keen interest in providing key business critical analysis, is required to support the Compliance team of a market leading company helping customers make their property ambitions become a reality; be it their first home or a portfolio of buy-to-let BTL investment properties. Our client is an award-winning mortgage business based in Esinteraction, with a strong industry reputation for supporting and developing highly skilled and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisers. They currently employ over 50 staff from their head office in Hornchurch and support over 300 Mortgage Advisers via their nationwide network. The ideal candidate will be excited by the prospect of joining a highly successful, growing business in a role offering a perfect opportunity to utilise their previous compliance experience gained from within the financial services sector or a related professional services industry such as accountancy, pensions or insurance. Professionalism, accuracy and an eagerness to learn are essential requirements of the role. Applications are also encouraged from Mortgage Brokers now looking to move into a compliance focussed role. Key Responsibilities File checking mortgage and protection cases Answering mortgage advisers questions Approval of financial promotions Process new member applications from advisers and introducers Complete due diligence checks on the proposed adviser or introducer Keep detailed records of the member application progress Liaise with the Compliance Manager to.
