Position Summary: As a Company Driver for Dedicated Lanes, you will play a vital role in our growing Dedicated Fleet Division. Benefits & Compensation: Weekly home time. Sign-on bonus in most cases. Consistent miles. $750 Referral Bonus program. Assigned, modern equipment. Most freight is no-touch. Paid weekly via direct deposit. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) Traditional & Roth plans. Vacation and holiday pay. Requirements: Valid CDL Class A from the state of residence. Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years. Previous logistics or warehousing experience preferred. Acceptable work history for the past 10 years with gaps in employment accounted for. Valid long-form physical and medical card performed within the last 12 months. Negative DOT drug test result prior to employment. No discharge for safety reasons from a previous employer. No more than 2 license suspensions for non-moving violations. No more than 2 moving violations in any motor vehicle within the last 3 years. No license suspension or disqualification for traffic convictions within the last 3 years. Capability for prolonged sitting and physical tasks related to loading and unloading freight. Ability to perform pre-trip, safety, and end-of-day inspections. Capability to tarp and secure freight weighing up to 100 lbs. Capacity to handle tie-downs and securement with up to 100 pounds of force. Proficiency in throwing straps and chains to secure loads. Location and Shift Details: Ft. Wayne, IN. Hourly rate: $26. Runs to various locations including Dayton, OH; Lansing, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; and more. Home daily within a 40-mile radius. Shifts available: 2nd shift (2 pm-10:30 pm) and 3rd shift (10 pm-6:30 am).
