Community Site Inspector

Job Description A Site Inspector is an entry-level position that plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. Daily responsibilities: Onsite role in corporate office located in Chantilly, VA. Notify communities of scheduled site inspections. Travel to communities in the VA and MD areas to conduct annual site inspections. Utilize Inspection Check list given by Board of Directors to conduct inspections. Drive and walk through properties, conduct investigations, look for code and compliance violations. Take photographs and notes of violations. Record violations utilizing a tablet. Generate violation report using a template and send to site mangers for Board of Directors to review. Other duties as assigned. $16.50 an hour.Requirements Strong attention to detail with attentiveness, foresight, and vigilance. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Customer service driven and team oriented. Highly organized, works proactively, takes initiative, and anticipates needs. Valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
