COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER - Salary £28,000 per year Full time (37 hours per week) We are seeking a fabulous full time (37 hrs p/w) Community Fundraiser to join our Fundraising team, The role is to coordinate and proactively develop community fundraising activities for The Chiltern Centre by putting on events and activities as well as engaging with community groups, businesses, schools, churches, and individual donors. The Chiltern Centre is a well-loved and respected local charity and has strong lies with the local community. Strengthening and further developing these ties is at the heart of the role. Homebased but within commuting distance of Henley on Thames Join the Team that widens the reach of this much-loved local charity, ensuring outstanding community and key stakeholder engagement and supporting the strategic direction of the The Chiltern Centre. Ensuring that The Chiltern Centre fundraising events, activities, and collections are run effectively and are well planned, marketed and supported. Responsible for developing contacts with individuals and groups who are undertaking fundraising events and activities to help raise funds for the Centre.
