JOB PURPOSE: This role will be responsible for both internal and external communications strategies for Conestoga Meats. Working on social media initiatives this role will be a champion for and build our company brand and online presence. Internally this role will provide recommendations on communications methods, software, and best practices for employee communications. This role will also be tasked with communications projects like employee app communications, translation app options, and creating an employee ambassador program for social media.
