Schedule: 8:00am to 4:00pm Type of job: Part time Shall provide in person A 4 Day of supplying an Executive Transition Assistance Program (E/TAP) Workshop for the period of 16 – 19 April 2024 the following service to meet Coast Guard requirements for the transition of Coast Guard Members. The workshop must include the following topics/training modules: Marketplace Communications Exploring Options Changes in the Marketplace Define the Product and the Market Organizing Career Information Sector Channels and Strategies Channels of Marketing Selling Yourself in Writing – Resume Strategies Development Formatting Career Catalog/Source Document Share Development Selling Yourself Verbally – Interview Strategies Interview Model/Preparation Secure Interviews for executives Interview Models – Best fit for executives. Interview for Value Added Conduct Networking Panel Salary Negotiation/Compensation Mechanics Types of offers.
