Your responsibilities will include working on a variety of Property Development files, and collaborating closely with landowners and house builders to provide advice on a range of Commercial Property issues. Commercial Property Associate Northampton Salary DOEWe are searching for an Associate or Senior Associate to join clients our Commercial Property team, focusing on Property Development work. This is an excellent opportunity for you to utilize your experience and advance your career. Your responsibilities will include working on a variety of Property Development files, and collaborating closely with landowners and house builders to provide advice on a range of Commercial Property issues. These issues may include landlord and tenant matters, planning issues, construction, funding of development sites, conditional sale agreements, option agreements, and overarching sale agreements. Additionally, you will need to maintain and develop your knowledge of Commercial Property issues by working with colleagues across the team. As an Associate or Senior Associate 3+ PQE with experience in development work within commercial property, you will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage client relationships, and demonstrate excellent technical ability and drafting skills. You should also be able to demonstrate teamwork and relationship-building skills, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, ambitious, and organized approach with a keen eye for detail.
