The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active NY State Bar license. They should possess a minimum of one year of litigation experience in commercial law, with a focus on contract disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, class actions, securities litigation, and consumer protection.
