Overview Responsible for operating Perforex Milling machine. Perform operation of the 4-axis CNC machine and software used for modifying standard enclosures. Preforming maintenance as needed. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes: Operate the Perforex to modify enclosures and back panels for production. Locate program numbers in the job folder. Change out machine tools (i. e. cutting bits) correctly. Deburr panels after they have been drilled by the machine. Perform preventive maintenance on Perforex Load and unload enclosures and back panels safely Inspect enclosures/back panels for damage and initiate MRB process as needed. Work on prototype panels with direct assistance from engineering Utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings/instructions, and DFX drawings/2D's. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area. Ensure that machine guards are in place and always operate machine in a safe manner... Visit ListedBuy for more information.
