JOB TITLE: Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Executive HOURS: Full-time, hybrid/remote / field based. Location: Manchester Salary: Open DOE and PQE Full Driving license and own car requiredYOUR NEW COMPANY: This is a niche law firm specialising in Serious, catastrophic injury and court of protection. Company Culture is next to none at this firm, you will be joining a team of legal professionals who are all committed to providing the best client service and growing the business. YOUR DAY TO DAY: You will be joining a small team reporting to the Senior Associate assisting senior fee earners with high value cases. You will be expected to manage your own caseload In future. You will manage a mixed caseload of multi track Clinical Negligence files Mentor and coach junior members of staff Attend client meetings, virtually and in person. Work with team on business development and marketing to help grow the business. Effectively work towards targets and deadlines. Travel to meet clients when required. Most staff work 2 or 3 days from home and travel to see clients the other days although there are not set days in the office, you must be willing to travel to see clients. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You will hit the ground running, although training is provided, you must be experienced in Clinical Negligence. 1-4 years PQE or qualified by experience in Clinical Negligence Experience using Case Management System Multi-Track experience Ability to was as part of a team Excellent time management Flexibility to work across all offices and travel within the UK to meet clients when required.
