General Information: Job title: Clinic Nurse Supervisor Location: Delton Family Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Weekend rotation: No weekends Holiday rotation: Paid Holidays Position Summary: The Clinic Nurse Supervisor position is responsible for the organization, coordination, and management of the clinic, as well as providing direct patient care and registration/reception duties. Position Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks: staff schedules, timesheet management, vacation/leave approval, assigned training, budget/invoices, meetings, supply/vaccine order and management. Responsible for team building, communication, employee issues/concerns, disciplinary action, training and competency, performance review, interviewing/hiring, team meetings, and ensuring compliance with organization policies/procedures and professional standards. Patient care. Registration and reception coverage. Perform other duties as requested. Position Requirements: Two-year degree in nursing required. Four-year degree preferred. Must hold and maintain nursing license. CPR/BLS certification required. 3+ years of related work experience in a similar role preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Must maintain a valid, current driver's license. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Intermediate proficiency with computers is required Comprehensive nursing skills and direct patient care experience required.
