As a Client Onboarding Senior Representative, you will be responsible for providing oversight/control on client account opening documents to help reduce the firms risk with the applicable regulating bodies. This is a 12 month term position. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Review, analyze and approve//reject documents for completion and accuracy using various system applications Provide support on account opening related queries by remaining current and informed on existing and new industry regulations and firm policies and procedures Adhere to processing deadlines within established Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring customer satisfaction and processing efficiency levels are met and maintained Maintain client account integrity by performing sundry duties as required The Must Haves: Post secondary education Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset Prior knowledge of financial industry policies and regulations including AML/ATF, Privacy, KYC, QI & FATCA, IIROC Reg 1300 and CRS is an asset Knowledge of AS400, Broadridge, SCORE and Wealth One Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have: Effective communication skills to effectively provide detailed information to various departments The ability to exercise sound judgment in the prioritization of workload The ability to manage multiple interruptions while maintaining workload An ability to rapidly respond to inquiries in an intelligent and informed fashion The ability to manage conflicting priorities, aggressive delivery or problem resolution lead time, and highly valuable, extremely sensitive customer relationships A reactive and proactive focus on client service, industry regulations and product requirements Strong attention to detail Location(s):.
