The Role: The successful candidate will be reflective and organised, have demonstrable experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners and be passionate about protecting our vulnerable clients. Migrant Help is seeking an experienced employability professional to fulfil this exciting new role. You will be responsible for brokering and managing relationships between partners that engage with our clients such as refugee support organisations, housing, skills and Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) providers, which will benefit the participants and provide greater levels of cohesion between services. The Client Engagement Coordinator will act as a consistent and stable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, developing relationships with local partner In this role, you will work to maintain and develop relationships with targeted stakeholders, partners and community groups to drive referrals to the programme and drive engagement. This is an engaging role requiring communication and influencing skills, as well as a good understanding of the needs of refugees living in the West Midland/North West.
