Summary The Goddard School in North Scottsdale is looking for happy, positive and highly motivated teachers to join our team. Duties ? Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment Ensure that children are always within state ratio requirements Advance children?s physical and intellectual competence Provide a variety of developmentally appropriate activities Interact with the children to support play, exploration and learning Establish positive and effective family relations Perform some cleaning responsibilities Requirements Personal qualities: Energetic, positive, reliable, hardworking, caring, dependable and punctual Strong instructional and classroom management skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to young children, teachers and parents Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times; The ability to change children?s diapers and/or assist in toileting (where necessary) Nice To Haves 6 months experience in childcare, teaching or other related fields (desired) Degree in Early Childhood Development (desired) Current TB within the last 6 months CPR and First Aid certified Fingerprint Clearance card Floater hours 9-3 Monday through Friday ?
