Chief Steward Job Overview: The role of a Chief Steward encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the hotel's kitchen and dining areas, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience. Overseeing the stewarding team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, while also working closely with the culinary and food and beverage departments to ensure seamless operations.
