The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in finance, an MBA, and a proven track record of nurturing team cultures in high-growth environments. As Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and operations, ensuring alignment of initiatives with our long-term goals. You will act as a liaison between senior management and staff, fostering communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to strategize and implement business objectives. Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to drive company growth and stability. Oversee strategic projects, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and financial goals. Facilitate communication and workflow between departments to enhance efficiency and team collaboration. Develop and maintain a strong organizational culture that supports the mission and values of MINT Aesthetics. Mentor and develop staff, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence. Represent the company at key meetings and industry events. Requirements: MBA from a recognized institution. Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in financial management and business analysis. Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in the aesthetic or related healthcare industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
