Location: Relocate to Dubai Salary: up to A GBP 260,000 per annum + relocation costs, extensive benefits, bonus and family package The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for managing all aspects of the Companys financial, pricing and IT strategy and operations. This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, risk management, along with functional responsibility for the Companys pricing and IT functions, and reporting to key stakeholders, including the board of directors and shareholders. The CFO also plays a key role in the Companys strategic planning process and provides advice to the CEO and other senior executives. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an internationally recognised hospitality and food business and work alongside the C suite team at the companies Dubai head office. The role will have sole responsibility for financial planning, pricing, budgeting, analysis, IT and risk management along with the leadership of the team that manages these areas. Additionally, the CFO will work with the leadership team, directors and shareholders on overall strategy and long term plan. KEY RESPONSIBILTIIES Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement of the Companys financial strategy Work with the CEO and senior leadership team, work to align financial goals with the overall business strategy Lead the annual budget exercise in consultation with the CEO and senior leadership team Ensuring controls are in place and budget is managed in line with the annual budget Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue generation. Educate the senior leadership team and their business managers to raise their level of knowledge and application of financial discipline in their management of their functional areas.
