Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, undressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting.Taking and recording vitals signsDocument and update patient care plansAssist with feeding or meal preparation, as necessary.Remind clients to take prescribed medications at scheduled times.Monitor and report any side effects or potential medication concerns.Light HousekeepingPrepare and serve mealsEnsure the client's environment is safe, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any significant changes.Maintain detailed records of services provided and any significant observations.Document and report any incidents or changes in the client's condition or environment.Medically related activities include the taking of vital signs.Medication reminders
