Elm Crest Senior Living Community , an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for team-focused, caring professionals to join our Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA team! As a CNA at Elm Crest, you'll work with a team committed to providing residents with the high-quality care of daily living (ADL's), participate in developing and executing resident care plans, support residents in social events and activities and help to create a healthy lifestyle for residents. We are currently hiring for a variety of shifts with special focus on: Pay starts from $15+ based on experience! Day Shift (6am - 2:15pm): $2,500 sign-on bonus for Full-Time includes every other weekend rotation Evenings (2pm - 10:15pm): $2,500 sign-on bonus , for Full-Time includes every other weekend rotation $4.00 shift differential for evening and overnight shifts! Overnight, PRN/Flex Pool applicants are also welcome What you will need: Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in the State of Iowa / Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry. Long Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome. Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and co-workers. Who we are: We Care! A lot!
