Job Summary: As a Carer within our Care Home, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our residents. Your compassionate and person-centered care will ensure that they receive the highest standard of support and comfort. Job Role: Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in our Care Home, promoting their independence and dignity. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring residents' comfort and safety. Monitor residents' vital signs, document progress, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Offer emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a caring and empathetic atmosphere. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment within our Care Home, creating a sense of home for our residents. Requirements: Previous experience as a Carer in a Care Home setting in the UK is essential. Candidates with only international experience will not be considered. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and empathetic nature. Ability to work well as part of a Care Home team.
