As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. Your role will involve promoting independence and ensuring the well-being of our clients. ```Responsibilities:``` - Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help clients with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry - Accompany clients to appointments or social outings - Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support to clients - Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals ```Requirements:``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or facilities - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
